All jewelry is made to order. Product images are as accurate as possible, however slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities available for purchase
Discontinue any product at any time
Correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes.

5. Orders & Production

Once an order is placed:

You will receive an order confirmation by email
Production begins shortly after payment is confirmed
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items enter production immediately and may not be canceled once manufacturing begins

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and methods vary based on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is outlined in our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Warranties

Every Sake Jewels piece is covered by our limited manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper care or storage
Repairs or modifications by third parties
